Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or engaging any of our services. By accessing this website or booking a session with Vestige, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Vestige provides estate document organisation visits and family heritage workshops. Our services are educational and archival in nature. We help households create printed inventories, labelled folder kits, binders, and heritage handbooks. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or any form of professional regulated services.
We offer three sessions, which are described in full on our Solutions page:
Each session is organisational and informational only. Nothing communicated or produced during or after a session constitutes advice on legal matters, asset matters, financial planning, or any matter regulated under Malaysian law. Participants should seek appropriately qualified professionals for such matters.
Session bookings are confirmed by email or phone following your enquiry. A booking is considered confirmed once we have agreed on a date and time in writing. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion without providing a reason.
We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance should you need to reschedule. We will make reasonable efforts to find an alternative date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.
Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are current at the time of display. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; any confirmed booking will honour the price agreed at time of booking. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all materials shared during a session belong to them or that they have appropriate authority over those materials. Vestige accepts no responsibility for the content, authenticity, or completeness of documents provided by participants.
Participants should keep their own copies of any materials. While we take reasonable care during sessions, Vestige is not liable for the loss, damage, or misplacement of personal documents that were brought out for review.
All website content — including text, design, and visual elements — is the property of Vestige. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of this website without our prior written agreement.
Printed materials produced as part of a session (such as inventory pages, binder covers, and heritage handbooks) are prepared for your personal and household use only.
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Vestige shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your participation in our sessions. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session to which the claim relates.
This website is provided for informational purposes. While we take care to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no representation that all information is complete or current at any given time. Use of this site is at your own discretion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
